VIRTUAL MARKETING ASSISTANT
LOOKING FOR A SHARP, EXPERIENCED FIREBALL WITH WILL KNOCK OUR SOCKS OFF WITH IDEAS, SKILLS AND CREATIVE DRIVE.
10 to 15 hours a week.
Must have awesome skills: quick, sharp, self directed, can keep up with a very fast pace, gets the holistic world.
I need you to correct, prep and send emails, coordinate zoom meetings and reminders for them, social media posting and advertising, have total control of my calendar and booking meetings, proofread text before it goes out to website, etc. You will be responsible for getting client accounts set up, planning, designing and coordinating the marketing for the week across multiple platforms, and more. You will need to prep and send reports to referring practitioners with skill and design efforts that impress.
You will set up, edit, and publish Zoom interviews that are performed weekly.
Must be fast to create but use detail. Into health and fitness. Very savvy on social media posting and planning and advertising. Can create a spreadsheet like a boss and knows excel inside and out. Gets excited for MORE, not intimidated. Does not let overwhelm preside.
Hours are flexible, but must be consistent. Available at least two hours per day, three or four days a week during business hours.
Must be available to take texts when the thoughts are inspired, and store them for when work hours are open.
Must be able to write a letter worth bragging about with NO typos, and can catch typos to correct for the company efforts. Will think for the team, not be thought for. Can communicate if they are not understanding something. Available most weekday morning for a few hours. (preferred, but flexible)
Must have what you need at home to do this job: A computer that works, great wifi, a quiet space, etc.
This job is for a self starter, who has references that are reliable and go on and on about how great you are.
Education:
Must know ALL MICROSOFT APPS AND GOOGLE APPS.
Office, Acrobat, etc. Adobe signature set up, etc.
Must be able to create a canned response in Google in your sleep.
SPREADSHEET FORMULATING SKILLS.
Constant Contact, Hootsuite, Facebook ads, Instagram ads, etc. Zoom, all things Zoom.
If you don't know the program, they will study on their own time. (ideal person would love this chance to dive in).
Great verbal communication skills. Handles conflict with grace.
Must be able to create a private, professional workspace for themselves from home.
Must know how to create templates, signatures, etc in GSuite.
Weekly meetings with team (you set up) via Zoom.
THIS IS NOT A TEMPORARY POSITION. NEED SOMEONE AVAILABLE NOW, FOR YEARS TO COME. COULD VERY EASILY GROW INTO MORE HOURS IF DESIRED.
Starting pay: $16-$18 per hour to start. Depending on experience. Bonuses, LOTS OF THEM.
